Quality Control
Primabake adheres to the highest quality and certifications standards, such as principal food contact regulations.
Our baking paper is made ONLY using virgin pulp, pure water, and BfR XV-certified aqueous silicone emulsion.
The entire range is FDA / BfR XXXVI/2 approved as it is free of PFOA, PFOS, and toluene, and always aims for healthier products.
Recyclability: Material recycling according to EN 13430. Tests performed according to CEPI recyclability Test Method Version 2 (2022) and standard UNI 11743:2019. Our baking paper is classified as 'suitable for standard mill recycling at 68/100' according to 4evergreen protocol and as level A for recyclability according to Aticelca Evaluation Method 501:2019.
Release properties: The range guarantees perfect release properties as rolls are monitored and tested through various methods along their conception and later in real-life scenarios.
Baking test: Pretzel and sponge cake tests are routinely done to assess the quality of our range, as well as specific baking tests for specific demands.
A bakery center also assesses the products on a regular basis.
Rolls in Lab: Each jumbo roll is inspected in laboratories with more than 20 characteristics, to validate the conformity of the paper.
To ensure the regularity and conformity of all required characteristics for this market, the control system is ensured by Information Quality System on line.

Recyclable & Home and Industrial Compostable -Certified
Primabake is recyclable and exclusively manufactured at PDL in France.
Its compostability emphasizes the importance of eco-consciousness as it contributes to a sustainable waste management system.

Primabake ensures that it provides peace of mind and inclusivity for consumers with specific dietary needs by being both kosher and halal certified
*PRIMABAKE GUARANTEES TO BE FREE OF PFOA, PFOS, (PFAS) TOLUENE AND CHROMIUM.
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances are banned in most countries.
Solvency-based silicone is not FDA-approved.
Quality Certificates
Primabake is ISO 14001: 2015 certified, indicating that its entire Environmental Management System (EMS) meets ISO standards and practices in terms of environmental management.
In addition, the range is ISO 9001: 2015 certified, which defines the requirements for quality management.
REACH (Registration Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) is a European Union regulation designed to protect human health and the environment. In concrete terms, this means that industries are required to register all chemical substances with the European Chemicals Agency. We have been keeping an up-to-date REACH list since 2007, which we pass on to our customers on request.
